Alignment Hypnosis is a grounded, spiritually aware approach to inner change.

It uses hypnosis as a way to access the deeper patterns that shape how you see yourself, what feels safe, and what choices feel natural.

This is not about forcing yourself to think differently. It is not about trying to become someone else.

It is about meeting the identity underneath the pattern, reconnecting with the part of you that already knows what is true, and allowing change to begin from there.
